SQUARE is one of the pioneer signatories of United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in Bangladesh. UNGC principles are aligned with company's culture from the very outset.

We follow laws and encourage work environment that welcomes diversity and also follow non-discrimination & fair treatment policy both in the recruitment & selection process and performance management system.
